WestCare Foundation, Inc. is seeking a CSU/SRT Director in Miami to oversee the administrative and clinical operations of the Crisis Stabilization Unit, Detox/AS receptions, and Short-Term Residential Treatment.

The role leads nursing staff, ensures regulatory readiness, and drives quality and safety initiatives. The position requires a graduate degree and extensive nursing leadership experience in inpatient behavioral health, with a strong focus on documentation, budgeting, and staff

Formación

• Graduate Degree required.
• Masters level degree in a related field is required.
• Six years of nursing experience, two in psychiatric nursing.
• One year of nursing supervisory experience.
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of CARF accreditation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of CSU, Detox, and Short-Term Residential operations.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers regarding co-occurring conditions.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and funding-source requirements (AHCA, Baker Act, Florida Administrative Code, DCF, DEA, CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, CARF).
• Provide operational leadership for inpatient programs and staffing.
• Develop and monitor budget; approve purchases within guidelines.
• Lead staff development, training plans, and ensure schedule coverage.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and multidisciplinary team.
