Geisinger is seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in Scranton, PA to provide direct patient care and coordinate comprehensive plans of care. The role offers a substantial signing incentive up to $26,000, a minimum hourly rate of $40.55, and shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania RN license and BLS certification, with a Specialty Nursing training background.

Formación

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania (RN_State of Pennsylvania)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics
• Perform assessments per scope of practice and unit standards
• Address physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs of patient and family
• Coordinate and implement plan of care with interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to meet patient needs
• Direct and adjust assignments based on patient acuity and team capability
• Promote teamwork and evidence-based practice within the unit
• Participate in quality and safety education and Magnet initiatives
