Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC.
• AHA Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an equivalent approved by AHA within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred; if <1 year RN experience, enrollment in BSN program within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified inpatient adult population.
• Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to adults and adhere to ANA standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
