The Registered Nurse – Inpatient at Froedtert West Bend Hospital is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of adult patients in an inpatient setting. This role requires clinical competence and adherence to the ANA standards of practice, with duties assigned to support high-quality patient care.

On-site position with 0.9 FTE and 36-hour standard work week, Day shift, every third weekend, including holidays.

Qualifications

• Clinical competence and experience in care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
• Deliver care to a primarily adult population in accordance with ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice.
