The Registered Nurse (Staff RN-Inpatient) at Froedtert Health provides comprehensive nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for an adult population, following ANA standards of practice.

This full-time-equivalent position is on-site at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, with two 12-hour shifts (0700–1930), 0.6 FTE and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven nursing theory and practice knowledge required for licensure as RN.
• All hires without BSN must enroll in accredited BSN/MSN program within 15 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for inpatients.
• Implement and evaluate nursing care for identified patient group.
• Deliver care to primarily adult population.
