Geisinger is seeking an inpatient Registered Nurse for per diem shifts with market-leading pay and up to $7 shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, coordination of care, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Applicants Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing and are expected to provide direct patient care, education, and discharge planning while supporting quality and safety initiatives across units.

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patient and family.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Formulates, coordinates, and provides plan of care with education and discharge planning.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
• Addresses, educates, and plans for patient and family needs throughout hospitalization.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Delivers treatments and medications per policy.
• Participates in unit-based decision-making and quality/safety initiatives.
