Kaiser Permanente in Oregon seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care under supervision, using clinical judgment to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the health care team. The RN coordinates care, documents in the EMR and aligns discharge planning with policy.

Requires nine months RN experience, one year circulating in OR or completion of a preceptorship, accredited nursing degree, and BLS.

Formación

• RN with a minimum of nine months of experience.
• Minimum one year of circulating in an inpatient or ambulatory OR setting or completion of a preceptorship program.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Coordinate patient care activities and discharge planning with hospital departments.
• Accurately document in the EMR and follow physician plans of care.
