LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver patient care in a new, private-room acute care unit. You will perform assessments, administer medications, provide treatments, and participate in discharge planning within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty nursing program.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including treatments and medications.
• Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with patient/family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians to adjust care plans.
• Promote teamwork and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Support unit decision-making and safety protocols.
