LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide complex patient care in a fast-paced 24-bed unit. You will assess, plan, and deliver holistic care, coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include discharge planning, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. A strong focus on safety, quality, and compassionate care is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, execute, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Provide holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and modify care accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
• Contribute to team goals, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and organizational metrics.
