Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice or multi-state license via eNLC.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of registered nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Modify patient care plan based on data and individual needs.
• Use evidence-based practice to provide patient care.
• Delegate according to scope of practice.
• Verify plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient, and caregiver(s).
• Provide education based on learning needs and involve family.
• Promote effective communication among team members and patients.
