UHC United Hospital Center in West Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse for Level 1 responsibilities in an inpatient hospital setting. The incumbent delivers nursing care using the nursing process with independent judgment and professional accountability, within the framework of the Level I RN scope.

The role requires advanced beginner knowledge to address age-specific patient needs, assess data, and apply evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

Competenze

• One year of registered nursing experience.
• Current RN license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state RN license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.

Mansioni

• Modifies patient’s plan of care based on data collection and patient’s individual needs.
• Uses Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) to provide patient care.
• Delegates according to scope of practice.
• Verifies the plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient, and caregiver(s).
