Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state where services are provided or a multi-state license via eNLC.
• Basic Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of hire date.
• Less than 12 months of RN experience is preferred as stated.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process with new and existing patients.
• Create and update care plans based on assessment, diagnoses, interventions, and outcomes.
• Identify patient safety concerns and use appropriate resources.
• Educate patients based on individual learning needs and preferences.
• Document assessments and plans of care clearly and accurately.
• Apply evidence-based practice to guide nursing decisions and care.
