Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Virtual Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Nursing Care Team, coordinating and facilitating care through digital platforms. You will contribute to admission-to-discharge management, collaborating with other clinicians and educators to support the plan of care.

This full-time, on-site role requires an Indiana RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of inpatient bedside experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License.
• CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• 2+ years of bedside experience in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions from admission to discharge.
• Coordinate and communicate with care team to implement patient care plans.
• Utilize clinical knowledge and critical thinking to support plan of care.
• Ensure accurate documentation in patient records and adherence to standards.
• Mentor, clinician, educator, consultant, and navigator within the nursing care team.
