Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff development, policy implementation, and collaboration on budgets and staffing strategies. A BSN is required with 3+ years nursing experience and leadership preference; BLS within 60 days is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience; two years leadership preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license and BLS within 60 days of employment.
• Knowledge of the nursing practice act and administrative/management techniques.
• Certification encouraged and may be required depending on specialty.
