Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. The role involves collaboration with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care across all phases including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

The position requires graduating from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Employment is non-union.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, AACN, Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provide care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, assess patients, educate patients, triage and perform nursing interventions.
