Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive inpatient nursing IP experience, Oncology.
• BSN required; Arizona RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inpatient operations across assigned units.
• Oversee patient throughput and staffing allocations.
• Maintain safe, high-quality care across cellular therapy, hematology, oncology, and medical‑surgical units.
• Lead huddles, monitor productivity, and escalate barriers as needed.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing and support staff.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and infection prevention adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy, rehab, case management, and families.
• Support escalation of care and patient/caregiver education.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive improvement initiatives.
