Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hematology preferred.
- BSN degree required for nursing leadership.
- Arizona Registered Nurse license is required.
- Oncology Nursing Society Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration certification.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing and support staff and daily operations of the Hematology Clinic, ensuring adherence to standards and care protocols.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support staff development and training.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics and outcomes.
- Mentor nursing staff and coordinate education and onboarding for new hires.
- Manage department workflows, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for efficiency.
