Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in Missouri is seeking an RN Inpatient to provide comprehensive patient care under leadership supervision. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise care while coordinating with a team to meet patient outcomes.

Requirements include RN licensure in state or compact, BLS certification, and ACLS if required for inpatient units; BSN is preferred and prior hospital or clinic experience is valued. Travel between facilities may be needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with state licensure or compact licensure at hire.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days for inpatient areas.
• BSN preferred; prior clinic or hospital experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Completes assessment/reassessment of patient and documents in medical record.
• Analyzes information to determine patient needs and outcomes.
• Develops and implements care plans based on assessment and diagnoses.
• Oversees delegation of care to licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Ensures discharge planning is part of the plan of care as appropriate.
• Educates patients, families, and staff to achieve outcomes.
• Maintains knowledge of standards affecting patient care.
• Supports professional development of peers and learners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
