Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse to join a collaborative team in a dynamic clinical environment. The role involves assessing patients, developing care plans, and delivering direct care across rotations including days and nights, weekends, and holidays.

The successful candidate will be trained in a fast-paced hospital setting, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and evidence-based practice, and will float between hospital locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performing assessments in accordance with scope of practice and standards.
• Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Developing, coordinating, and implementing individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Providing direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluating intervention effectiveness and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues and participating in evidence-based practice decisions.
• Contributing to safety, quality improvement, and unit goals through active participation.
