Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostics in a clinical setting.

You will coordinate individualized care plans, work with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in quality and safety initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in providing safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Preferred OR experience; scrubbing skills training provided.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotation to alternate shifts and on-call duties.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; commitment to safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement individualized care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure outcomes and discharge planning.
• Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses; delegate tasks appropriately to team members.
• Promote teamwork, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and engage in evidence-based practice decisions.
• Support patient education and contribute to unit and organizational goals with accountability for metrics.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making, safety programs, and ongoing professional development.
