Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Experience in inpatient care and ability to work across ICU/ER/surgical units.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, problem-solving, and adaptable to changing patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members, delegate tasks, and adjust assignments based on patient acuity.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decisions.
• Engage in unit and organizational goals to support a team-oriented environment.
