Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem day shift assignments. You will provide patient care in a fast-paced setting, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current IL RN license, BLS, and completion of ACLS, PALS, CPI within 6 months, and ENPC/TNCC/ECRN within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
• RN must obtain ACLS, PALS and CPI within 6 months of employment; ENPC, TNCC and ECRN within 18 months.

Qualifications

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• RN must obtain the following certifications within 6 months of employment: ACLS (maintain), PALS (maintain) and CPI. RN must also obtain and maintain the following certifications within 18 months of employment: ENPC, TNCC and ECRN. Required
• Specialty certification in area of concentration. Preferred
