Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in our clinical setting, assessing and planning care to meet patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.

The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate outcomes while ensuring safety and quality. The position requires rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a diverse hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing specialty training program (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Demonstrates compassionate patient interaction, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate and implement care plans; administer treatments and medications.
• Evaluate effectiveness of interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Rotate shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
