Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and implement individualized care plans with patient and family education.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments and medications per policy.
• Evaluate nursing interventions and adjust care based on patient response.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support evidence-based practice decisions.
• Support quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
