• Deliver professional nursing care for inpatients using the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs and age-specific requirements; provide care within scope of practice.
• Apply independent nursing judgment and collaborate with health care team.
• Monitor patient status, anticipate risks, and initiate corrective actions.
• Document care activities and participate in performance improvement activities.

Registered Nurse license (state or eNLC)
