Job summary

Candidates should have an RN license valid in the practice state, BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and at least two years of nursing experience; BSN is preferred for professional growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the state in which services will be provided or multi-state RN license via eNLC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Two years of registered nursing experience.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient diagnoses, problems, and issues in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Serve as a resource for patient and family learning needs.
• Coordinate with interprofessional team to manage changing priorities.
• Provide safe, high-quality care as an independent team member.
• Mentor colleagues in clinical knowledge, skills, abilities, and judgement.
• Contribute to development and improvement of systems supporting patient care planning.
• Lead interprofessional teams to collaborate and consult effectively.
