Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care in our inpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment programs in Gilman, IL. The role emphasizes patient safety, timely medical intervention, and regulatory compliance within a structured treatment environment.

The Staff Nurse (RN) reports to the Director of Nursing, works full-time (36 hours/week) on-site, and earns $40-42 hourly plus a $3/hour night differential.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Illinois.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience; preferred in substance use disorder treatment.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care under medical provider supervision.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and admission documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with education as indicated.
• Monitor patients for psychiatric symptoms, safety, and treatment response.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and treatment teams.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and meetings.
