The role supports a new advanced acute care unit with private rooms, offering professional development, mentorship, and participation in safety and quality initiatives. Hours are 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with every other weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program.
• Ability to assess physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, develop and evaluate care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
