Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating nursing interventions to meet patient needs.

The role includes completing assessments, developing care plans, delivering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality and safety. Night shift hours are 7p-7:30a with every other weekend and holiday requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required).
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
Demonstrates compassionate patient care.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a broad range of medical conditions.

Responsibilities

Complete assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
Deliver treatments and medications.
Evaluate intervention effectiveness.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs.
Troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
