Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania (Danville) with a $24,000 hiring incentive. The base minimum rate is $41.50 per hour, with shift differentials for evening, night, and weekends and relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Unit BP6 is a 28-bed Medical-Surgical Remote Telemetry unit offering a diverse range of services with collaboration from pharmacists, care managers, and an IV team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Experience in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize and evaluate nursing activities for patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Provide direct patient care and education, and participate in discharge planning.
