Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in NC and NBRC-registered (RRT) with eligibility for the RRT exam.
• Two years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Administers standard respiratory care including aerosol medication delivery and oxygen therapy.
• Manages airway support and ventilator care.
• Performs arterial blood gas sampling and basic bedside pulmonary function testing.
• On-call may be required; work schedule varies.
