PAM Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our inpatient teams and care for a diverse patient population. A commitment to learning appears important, with support for education and ongoing training.

The RCP will perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures, maintain equipment, and provide phlebotomy and basic lab testing as needed. A state license and BLS/ACLS are required.

Formación

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada; high school diploma required, associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The Respiratory Care Practitioner performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals and maintains all equipment in working order.
• Provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for the patient population as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
