Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our hospital teams. The successful candidate will perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for inpatients and maintain equipment.

Weekday shifts are required. Must be licensed in the state; BLS and ACLS certification required; prior inpatient experience preferred. Blood gas licensure may be required in some states; a high school diploma or associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada. High school diploma or associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for inpatients.
• Maintains all equipment in working order and provides phlebotomy/lab testing as required.
