Northshore Home Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse to provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic or neurological conditions in Rutledge, TN. You will assess status, develop and monitor care plans, administer medications, and respond to clinical changes as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Active RN license in the state where practice occurs.

Provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation nursing for individuals recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic and neurological conditions.
