Seacrest Behavioral Health in Mascot, TN is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide compassionate bedside care to adult rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.

As part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will administer medications, monitor vital signs, document responses to treatment, and support ADLs under RN and physician direction while educating patients and families on safety and care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Excellent bedside care and patient safety focus.
• Accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Compassionate, patient-centered communication.
• Teamwork in a rehabilitation setting.

LPN/LVN provides compassionate bedside care to adult rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic and neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses.
