Responsibilities

• Follow patient care tasks as determined by the OTR/RPT to help patients achieve therapy goals.
• Safely transport patients to and from therapy and other activities.
• Communicate clearly with the rehabilitation team in writing and verbally.
• Observe patient reactions to treatment and follow instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of therapy areas, equipment, and supplies.
