Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using evidence-based tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding of therapy objectives and progress.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes with accuracy and detail.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Contribute to additional clinical duties to support department operations.
