Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients aged 18+ with medically complex or rehabilitation needs.
• Provide direct patient care to evaluate communication, swallowing and cognitive disorders and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and administer treatment programs according to patient capacity and physician direction.
• Educate patients and families on speech therapy methods.

Education
