Job summary

Sweetwater Care seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for AZ Inpatient Rehab Hospital with local contract options. The RN will conduct patient assessments, plan care, oversee interventions, and evaluate outcomes to prevent complications and restore patient independence.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and preferred ACLS certification, with 1 year of acute care experience and flexibility in hours. Electronic charting experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• One year recent experience preferred; acute care setting preferred.
• Desire to care for compromised patients and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Current BLS certification from AHA required.
• Current ACLS certification from AHA preferred.
• Experience with electronic charting system.
• CRRN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide nursing care to prevent complications and restore function.
• Maintain safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Comply with safety and Infection Prevention standards.
• Assist patients in regaining abilities to return home.
