Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.

• Experience with electronic charting systems.
• CRRN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations to prevent complications and restore optimal functioning.
• Provide safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff; ensure infection prevention standards.
• Assess safety risks and implement appropriate precautions.
• Assist patients in regaining physical or cognitive abilities for home independence.
• Deliver quality nursing care according to established standards.
