Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for AZ Inpatient Rehab Hospital on a local contract basis. The role involves patient assessments, planning, and delivering nursing care to prevent complications and help patients regain independence.

Key requirements include an active RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS preferred. Experience with electronic charting is expected; CRRN is a plus. Flexible hours may be required.

Qualificações

• Active RN license.
• One year recent experience preferred; acute care setting preferred.
• BLS certification from AHA required
• ACLS certification from AHA preferred
• Must have electronic charting system experience
• CRRN preferred but not required

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations.
• Provide nursing care to prevent complications and restore optimal functioning.
• Ensure safety and infection prevention standards.
• Assist patients in regaining physical or cognitive abilities to return home at their highest level of independence.
