Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an AZ Inpatient Rehab Hospital on a local contract in Goodyear, AZ. The RN will assess patients, plan care, and coordinate interventions to prevent complications from physical disability and help patients return home with optimal independence.

Qualifications include an active RN license, 1 year of acute care experience preferred, BLS required, ACLS preferred, and experience with electronic charting systems. CRRN is optional.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1 year of recent acute care experience preferred.
• Desire to care for compromised patients and maintain integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Current BLS certification from AHA required.
• ACLS certification from AHA preferred.
• Experience with electronic charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide nursing care per established standards and ensure safety for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Assist patients in regaining physical or cognitive abilities for home return.
