Northwestern Medicine is hiring a Registered Nurse for Inpatient Rehab in-house registry nights. This role is part-time (1.2 hrs per week, 0.03 FTE) with an hourly compensation range of $48.00 to $55.00.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acutely ill patients within an inpatient rehab setting. Qualified candidates hold a BSN or an ADN with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years, possess an active RN license, BLS, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Certifications: BLS; ACLS; PALS/ENPC; TNCC within 1 year of hire.
• Preferred: experience in inpatient rehab or similar clinical area.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Collects and analyzes patient data, plans individualized care, and evaluates outcomes.
• Directs care and coordinates with nursing assistants and other staff.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and physicians to document care plans.
• Participates in governance, committees, and unit projects.
• Documents patient responses and updates care plans based on evaluation.
• Uses evidence-based practices to guide nursing decisions.
