Job summary

Mercy Health’s inpatient rehabilitation unit seeks a part-time night RN in Lima, Ohio. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient status, implement interventions, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, active RN license in Ohio, BLS, and 1 year of acute or rehab experience preferred. EPIC EHR experience is a plus. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1 year of clinical patient care experience in acute care, LTC, or physician practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vitals, administer IV meds, chart, and assess patient condition.
• Assess, stage, photograph, and measure wounds as per policy.
• Update and revise the plan of care to meet expected outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policy and procedures.
