Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license.

• BLS certification from AHA required.
• ACLS certification from AHA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations to prevent complications and restore optimal functioning.
• Provide professional nursing care according to established standards and ensure safety for patients, visitors and staff.
• Comply with safety and Infection Prevention standards and maintain an environment conducive to safety.
• Assist patients in regaining physical or cognitive abilities to return home at their highest level of independence.
