Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in South Carolina is seeking a PRN Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse. The RN will assess, plan, implement and coordinate patient care in collaboration with the patient, family and health care team to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining accountability for assigned patients, guiding rehab therapies, administering medications per physicians, and educating patients and families about treatment plans.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state(s) of practice or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of start date

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, plan, implement and coordinate patient treatment plans
• Maintain accountability for assigned patients and coordinate with rehab therapy team
• Administer medications per physician orders and educate patients/families about treatment plans
