Qualifications

• Maintains BLS/CPR per AHA and stays in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Performs thorough PT evaluations and develops treatment plans.
• Delivers evidence-based therapy and adjusts plans for discharge.
• Supervises PTAs and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains accurate documentation in Cerner and adheres to HIPAA.
