Qualifications

• Ohio Physical Therapist license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and decisiveness.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
• Establishes a plan of care aligned with patient abilities and desires.
• Plans and carries out individually designed programs of physical therapy.
• Performs therapy interventions using standard PT techniques for the patient.
• Directs and supervises PT assistants, students, and support staff, assigning tasks.
