Qualifications

• Current active state PT license.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient's condition, develop a treatment plan, and monitor progress with the patient and family.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and assist with scheduling and post charges.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Instruct patient’s family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area safe and clean.
• Uphold company policies and applicable state/federal laws; perform other duties as assigned.
