Carolinas Rehabilitation NorthEast in Concord, NC seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat adults in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The OT will plan and direct programs to restore function and maximize independence, working within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include supervising assistants and documenting progress, with a schedule that covers weekdays and rotating weekends/holidays. A state OT license and BLS are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy is required.
• Applicable state OT license is required.
• BLS certification required per policy guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct occupational therapy services 7 days a week, including holidays, in an acute/rehabilitation setting.
• Evaluate patients and develop OT plans to restore function and independence.
• Supervise OT assistants, rehab technicians, volunteers and students.
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge planning.
